How To Request Deletion
Email dev.couchmeet@gmail.com with the subject "AdminPackJogi Account Deletion Request". You may also copy support@kumar.work.
Include the app name AdminPackJogi, package name com.packjogi.admin, your registered email or mobile number, your name, company name if any, and your admin role.
You may include a reason for deletion, but it is optional.
Verification
To protect accounts from unauthorised deletion, we may ask for OTP/email confirmation or limited account details before processing the request.
If an account controls business records, pending invoices, customer move records, payment approvals, GST documents, or legal documents, those records may need review before full business-account deletion.
What We Delete
Login access, active tokens, profile data, admin personal identifiers, non-required uploads, and operational records that are no longer needed.
Where complete deletion is not legally or operationally possible, data may be anonymised or restricted.
What May Be Retained
Invoices, GST records, payment ledger entries, generated business documents, fraud/security logs, audit logs, dispute records, backups, and legal or regulatory records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Processing Time
Most valid deletion requests are acknowledged within 48 business hours and completed within 15 business days after verification.
Complex compliance, dispute, or backup cleanup cases may take up to 30 days.
