Service Scope
PackJogi is a move-management and documentation platform. Packing, loading, transport, unloading, vehicle shifting, and delivery are performed by the packer/mover selected by the customer.
Timelines, vehicle type, staff count, packing material, route, and delivery date are set by the accepted quote and move job.
Pickup And Delivery
Customers should verify item list, fragile labels, packing material, insurance choice, vehicle condition report, payment schedule, pickup photos, and loading proof before goods leave the pickup address.
Delivery completion should be recorded with POD/delivery receipt, customer confirmation, damage notes if any, unloading status, and final payment status.
Vehicle Shifting
Bike and car shifting should include vehicle details, condition photos, keys/documents handover status, pickup proof, transit updates, delivery proof, and damage notes where applicable.
Restricted Items And Damage
Hazardous, illegal, perishable, cash, jewellery, confidential originals, and restricted goods should not be moved unless the packer expressly accepts them in writing and applicable law allows it.
Damage claims depend on declared value, inspection, photos, insurance status, packing choice, and packer service terms.
