Platform Role
PackJogi provides software for packers/movers, customers, and platform admins to create move records, quotes, documents, bills, bilty/LR, invoices, receipts, inventory, vehicle records, payment proof, chat records, and tracking updates.
PackJogi is not itself the transporter, insurer, warehouse, broker, labour contractor, or payment settlement authority unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Accounts And Eligibility
Users must provide accurate account, contact, business, and role information. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity performed from your account.
Admins and packers must not create fake accounts, impersonate another business, misuse GST details, upload false documents, or use the platform for unlawful goods or transactions.
Packer Responsibilities
Packers are responsible for service quality, staff conduct, vehicle handling, packing material selection, legal permits, tax invoices, customer commitments, delivery timelines, and any service terms they offer to customers.
Packers must enter correct GST, pricing, UPI/bank/QR, insurance, packing, pickup, transport, unloading, delivery, and document information.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup and destination details, inventory, item condition, vehicle documents, declared value, insurance preference, and payment proof.
Customers should verify quotation, packing plan, fragile labels, prohibited goods, pickup checklist, and delivery proof before confirming or completing a move.
Documents And Accuracy
Documents generated through the platform depend on information entered by users. Users remain responsible for accuracy, tax compliance, GST details, service commitments, and legal use of generated documents.
PackJogi may suspend or restrict access where documents appear fake, misleading, illegal, abusive, or unsafe.
Payments, Credits, And Subscriptions
Platform subscription, chat credit, manual payment, and admin approval features are controlled by plan and pricing settings.
Move advance, token, packing/loading payment, and delivery payment schedules between customer and packer are governed by the accepted quote and service agreement shown to both sides.
Conduct, Content, And Safety
Harassment, threats, stalking, abusive language, illegal goods, payment fraud, spam, identity misuse, GST misuse, document forgery, platform scraping, malware, or attempts to bypass security are prohibited.
We may investigate reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve records where needed for safety, compliance, or dispute handling.
Third Party Services
PackJogi may connect with maps, hosting, email, SMS/OTP, payment gateways, storage, analytics, and document generation providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimers And Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every document, quote, service promise, payment proof, or move outcome entered by users is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to platform access and does not include indirect, special, consequential, or service-provider damages.
Disputes And Changes
Disputes involving move service quality, damage, delay, refund, or payment settlement are primarily between the customer and selected packer/mover unless a written agreement says otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
