Users must respect customer, packer, staff, and admin boundaries during chat, calls, pickup, packing, loading, transit, delivery, and support interactions.
Be Yourself And Be Accurate
Misrepresenting yourself, your company, GST details, service area, ratings, documents, staff identity, or payment details is prohibited.
Users must not claim to represent JOGIAR, a customer, a packer, or another business unless authorised.
Use The Platform Properly
Do not use the platform in a way that interferes with other users, generates excessive reports, bypasses security, uploads malware, scrapes data, or undermines platform systems.
Do not use JOGIAR to coordinate illegal goods, fake documents, payment fraud, GST misuse, spam, or unsafe moves.
Reporting Misconduct
Report abuse, fake documents, unsafe moves, or payment fraud to support@kumar.work. We may restrict accounts or preserve records while investigating.
