Deletion Request Channels
Use the account deletion page at https://kumar.work/account-deletion or email dev.couchmeet@gmail.com from your registered email address.
Mention your registered mobile number, role, app name, company name if any, and the data or account you want deleted.
Deletion Scope
We delete or anonymise profile data, login tokens, non-required uploads, chat records, and operational records that are no longer needed.
Move-related records may involve customers, packers, invoices, GST records, payment proof, delivery proof, and dispute records. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business safety reasons.
Retention Exceptions
Invoices, GST records, payment ledgers, fraud/security logs, generated legal documents, audit trails, dispute records, and backups may be retained where required for tax, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations.
