Information You Provide

Account and profile details such as name, email address, mobile number, role, company name, business address, login status, OTP verification records, and admin permissions.

Packer business information such as GST number, business documents, service areas, ratings, subscription plan, chat credit balance, QR/UPI details, bank details, and payment verification records.

Move and customer information such as customer name, mobile number, email address, pickup address, destination address, map-selected locations, move date, property type, room inventory, item list, vehicle details, insurance choice, quote details, payment split, tracking updates, and delivery proof.

Documents and uploads such as quotations, bills, bilty/LR, invoices, receipts, packing lists, item photos, vehicle condition photos, payment screenshots, QR images, GST documents, and support attachments.

Information Collected Automatically

Device and app information such as app version, operating system, browser/user agent where web pages are used, crash or diagnostic signals, and device interaction logs.

Security and log information such as IP-derived records, access times, request logs, admin audit logs, error reports, OTP attempts, session records, and abuse-prevention signals.

Location-related information when a user selects or submits pickup and destination points, or when maps are used to confirm move locations. Continuous background location is not required for normal document workflows unless a future feature clearly asks for it and the user permits it.

How We Use Information

To create and manage packer accounts, customer move profiles, quotes, documents, tracking updates, payment verification, subscriptions, chat credits, notifications, and support workflows.

To verify identity, protect the safety of users, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain audit history, respond to support requests, troubleshoot errors, and comply with tax, accounting, legal, and platform obligations.

To send service messages such as OTP, invitation links, document alerts, quote updates, payment status, subscription notices, chat or support responses, and admin approvals.

Sharing Of Information

Move information is shared with the relevant customer, approved packer/mover, platform admin, and service providers needed to operate the move workflow.

We may use hosting, email, SMS/OTP, map, payment gateway, analytics, storage, notification, and document generation providers. These providers process information only for service operation, security, billing, compliance, or support.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, government request, tax/accounting obligation, fraud investigation, security incident, or to enforce our terms and policies.

PackJogi does not sell customer, packer, or admin personal data.

Payments And Financial Records

Payment records may include plan, amount, UTR/reference number, payment screenshot, gateway transaction status, manual approval status, credits granted, and billing support history.

Manual QR/UPI/bank payments are verified by the admin before credits or subscriptions are activated. Financial records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

Security And Retention

We use role-based access, OTP, upload controls, audit logs, admin controls, and operational monitoring to protect data.

Move documents, invoices, GST records, payment ledger entries, fraud/security logs, audit logs, dispute records, and legal records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, safety, legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Data not needed for those reasons is deleted or anonymised after a valid deletion request or when the operational need ends.
