Honest Ratings
Ratings should reflect real service experiences, document quality, packing quality, communication, payment clarity, pickup, transit, delivery, and damage handling.
Fake ratings, paid manipulation, revenge ratings, duplicate reviews, or pressure to change ratings are prohibited.
Admin Controls
Ratings may be enabled, disabled, reviewed, or moderated by admin controls. Admin may hide ratings where a feature is disabled, under review, or legally disputed.
Disputes
If a rating appears fake, abusive, or unrelated to a real move, users may report it with supporting records such as move ID, screenshots, delivery proof, or payment proof.
